Shipping and Delivery

At sipcustomdesign, all items are made-to-order, which means that when you place your order, we create your custom drinkware or jewelry just for you. This ensures the highest quality products, crafted specifically to your order!

While most of our products are printed and crafted in-house at US-based facilities, we also work with trusted suppliers based in the US to offer you a broader selection of high-quality drinkware and jewelry. We collaborate with production partners who adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure you receive the best possible items.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship your orders via reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed once payment is accepted. Please note that we process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, including:

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Below are the production and shipping times for our drinkware and jewelry products. Keep in mind that production times may shift based on order volume.

Production Time
Production time refers to how long your order spends in our production queue before being created. The following is the typical production time in business days for our products:

Shipping Time
The delivery time for your order depends on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure accurate delivery estimates, please note that these times are only estimates and delivery can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Once your product(s) are in transit, we are unable to control any delays.

Please Note:

Drinkware (Mugs, Tumblers) and Jewelry (Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings) are available for shipping within the US and internationally.

Certain items like Jewelry may have slight customization, which could extend the production time slightly. This is dependent on the complexity of your custom request.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes for certain items like drinkware or jewelry.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can track your package.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification. You can also log into our website to track your package in real-time. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate emails and tracking numbers.

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it simply means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Once the package is scanned, tracking events will start to show.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date and you haven't received it, please contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Address
To avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the address, which could delay delivery.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will charge a re-shipping fee to resend your package.

If you contact the carrier after the order has shipped to forward or redirect your package, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
